To celebrate the first anniversary of its $9.95 monthly fees, Moviepass is offering a Los Angeles trip for two, annual passes and other swag worth $4,000 in its Ultimate MoviePass Getaway contest, which runs through August 31.

The Moviepass app's subscription allows subscribers to attend up to three standard movies a month.

Enter by completing sweepstakes form and following Moviepass on Instagram. Potential winner will be notified at approximately noon on September 5, using contact information submitted at entry and must respond within 3 days or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Win Thomas' Tesla Sweepstakes

Thomas Greither, the owner and founder of Flora Inc, is offering the company's website  visitors a chance to win his very own Tesla Model 3.

To enter, residents of the USA or Canada over 21 years of age fill out a five-question survey on the Flora Website that reflect on fitness, health and eating habits. One entry per day is accepted.

Entrants are added to the sweepstakes pool for a drawing that will produce the winner of  the Tesla Model 3. The sweepstakes ends on December 31, 2018.
